Marketing Hub: IP-derived visitor country segmentation in Buyer Intent

Buyer Intent now lets you filter and segment companies based on the countries their visitors are coming from. This added geographic insight makes it easier to focus your outreach on regions showing the most interest and adapt your sales strategy to match.

Sales Hub: Manually score deals and companies

The Lead Scoring app now lets you manually assign scores to deals and companies—perfect for factoring in qualitative insights like strategic fit or gut feel. This helps your team focus on the opportunities that truly matter.

Service Hub:  User-based ticket capacity limits by ticket type

Service managers can now set custom limits for how many open tickets each agent can handle, based on the type of enquiry  like calls, messages, or emails. This helps prevent individual team members from being overwhelmed and ensures a more balanced, manageable workload across the support team.

Service Hub:  Ticket routing engine: Update to balanced distribution and active call assignment 

The updated ticket routing system now looks at all open tickets—rather than just the most recent ones—when distributing new cases. This ensures a more even workload across agents, helping to avoid overloading individuals and keeping your support operations running smoothly.
