Marketing Hub

Preview segment (list) filters

This new feature allows you to see how many contacts qualify as you build your list rather than waiting till you've saved the list.  No more guesswork or list rebuilds.

More flexible filtering = more accurate targeting, especially in smaller, niche markets like NZ.

Content Hub

Customise brand voice across multiple brands

If you manage multiple market identities (common in NZ B2B), each brand can now have its own AI voice and personality.

Sales Hub

Leads are now a standard CRM object 

Previously in Beta, the Leads object is now a fully supported standard object.  This means they have complete CRM functionality such as workflows, reports and integrations meaning leads now fit properly into the flow of your early-interest contact pipeline.  Read more about managing leads.

Leads can now be renamed and toggled on/off

Customise lead terminology and visibility to match your sales process. Rename a standard object to fit your vocabulary or disable it entirely if not needed.

Service Hub

Round Robin: New ticket distribution option for Help desk tickets 

Distribute incoming tickets evenly across your team with round-robin assignment. Ensure balanced workloads and faster response times with automated, fair ticket distribution.

Task queues in customer success workspace

Keep your customer success work organised with dedicated task queues. Prioritise activities, assign responsibilities, and track progress across your team, making task management simple and structured.

Smart CRM

Drag and drop reports onto a dashboard 

Create dashboards more quickly with intuitive drag-and-drop functionality. Use the new side panel to easily browse and add saved reports or templates directly onto your dashboard.

Updated CRM association cards 

Quickly find and manage related records with smarter association cards. Improved search, sorting, and scrolling make navigating linked contacts, companies, and deals much easier.

Customer agent AI recommended short answers 

Boost your support efficiency with AI‑powered short answer suggestions. The system recommends concise, relevant replies that can be sent instantly, helping your team respond faster and more accurately.
