What you'll learn.
Over one focused afternoon, you’ll step through a typical sales day using HubSpot Sales Hub as your workspace. You’ll work through:
- The CRM Framework: Understand how HubSpot actually works, how contacts, companies, deals, and activity connect, and why your CRM should be your single source of truth.
- Prospecting and Prioritisation: Learn how to find good-fit prospects, add them cleanly into HubSpot, and keep your data usable using your Ideal Customer Profile, bulk tools, and simple views.
- Outreach and Follow-up: Turn good intentions into consistent action. Plan your day with tasks and queues, and write effective outreach using templates and snippets.
- Pipeline Momentum and Reporting: Keep your pipeline honest and moving. Spot stalled deals, clean up red flags, and use dashboards and reports to prioritise and forecast with confidence.
