The Challenge

Recognising the need for change: How Endeavour set out to improve website performance

Warehouse

Endeavour’s previous website had become outdated and was no longer performing as well as it could. As a key digital touchpoint for prospective customers, the site was falling short on several fronts and this was affecting both visibility and engagement. High bounce rates, low time-on-page, and under-optimised organic search meant that even when people landed on the site, they weren’t staying long or taking action.

Endeavour’s Marketing Manager, Kellie Randrup says “We weren’t really getting the engagement and results we wanted from the website. The template had become outdated and making changes to the website had become time-consuming. We also weren’t getting enough of the right personas to our site and we knew it was time to update our website based on those engagement metrics.”

Endeavour set out to develop a new minimum viable product (MVP) website that would provide a strong and flexible foundation for growth not just in content and design, but in delivering measurable marketing results. The key objective was to generate a higher volume of qualified leads from their target sectors by improving the performance of the site across several critical metrics.

Key goals included:

  • reducing bounce rates and encouraging deeper user engagement.
  • improving the proportion of traffic driven by organic search.
  • increasing click-through rates from search impressions.
  • attracting better-quality leads, particularly the right people from the right industries.

Endeavour had been using HubSpot’s CMS and CRM for some time, so continuing with the platform was a natural choice. HubSpot’s all-in-one capabilities gave the team confidence they could build a website that not only looked great but worked seamlessly with their existing marketing and sales tools. Having worked with Concentrate for several years on a marketing retainer, Endeavour already trusted the team’s deep knowledge of HubSpot and their ability to deliver results, making Concentrate the clear partner to lead the website redevelopment.

The Solution

Growth driven design

To address the performance challenges of Endeavour’s previous site and support their lead generation goals, the project began with a deep discovery phase focused on understanding the customer journey. Extensive research was undertaken into Endeavour’s buyer personas, key website touchpoints, and the structural improvements needed to drive engagement. This research provided the foundation for a strategy that aligned the new site with the real-world needs, behaviours, and pain points of prospects.

The goal was to design and build a user-friendly, high-performing website that effectively showcased Endeavour’s ERP and business software solutions while clearly articulating the value they deliver to customers. The site was developed to guide users through the entire buyer’s journey from awareness to decision, with content tailored to each stage. Early-stage visitors are introduced to the types of problems Endeavour solves through thought leadership and informative content. As users progress, they encounter solution-focused pages, industry-specific proof points, and case studies designed to build trust and encourage conversion.

Built on HubSpot CMS, the site offers seamless integration with the company’s CRM, delivers a consistent user experience, and provides a single source of truth for both marketing and sales data.

To deliver the project, Concentrate applied HubSpot’s Growth-Driven Design (GDD) methodology — an agile, iterative approach to website development that reduces risk and maximises impact. Instead of launching a static, ‘final’ website, GDD focuses on creating a strong, data-informed minimum viable product (MVP), followed by ongoing refinements based on real user data. This approach enables the site to evolve quickly based on performance insights, user behaviour, and changing business priorities.

By combining deep user research, strategic content planning, and a GDD approach, Concentrate delivered a modern website that not only looks great but performs better, helping Endeavour attract the right traffic, engage users, and convert more into high-quality leads.

Project Implementation:

The project began with onboarding meetings to align teams on objectives, roles, and timelines. An initial research phase informed the site structure, which was agreed upon collaboratively.

Using HubSpot’s Growth-Driven Design methodology, an MVP was launched early to enable ongoing, data-driven refinements. Regular progress meetings ensured clear communication, timely decision-making, and kept the project on track from start to finish.

“We engaged Concentrate to start the process of building our new website and it was an excellent project to work on from start to finish. We were really happy with all of those things and it’s resulted in a great outcome for us.”

The Results and Impact

Boosting content engagement builds stronger user connections

With the new website being live for just over three months, the results are good. The Endeavour team have found a:

  • 46% increase in engagement rate.
  • 36% increase in average session time.
  • 16% increase in number of pages per session.
  • increase in sessions from target accounts.

Anecdotally when looking at key visitors, Kellie says she’s seeing an increase in the right target personas coming to the site too.  Kellie says “When I review the visitors to our website using the HubSpot Buyer Intent tool, I can see that the matches to our target personas are much better. We know that the right businesses are visiting our website and when they land on our pages they are staying and engaging with our content which is a result of all the work done by Concentrate and ourselves to try and improve our website which is what we’ve achieved with our project.”

Looking ahead

Endeavour continues to evolve the website post-launch, regularly creating content and making updates to better engage their key personas throughout the buying journey ensuring the site remains a valuable tool for lead generation and customer education.

Kellie’s advice to anyone considering a new website redevelopment is this “It’s really important to take the time upfront to plan it out and understand what you want to achieve. Choose the right CMS that easily integrates with your CRM and work with a partner you feel comfortable with, someone you can ensure regular communication with. Once you’ve launched or built a new website you still have to tick away at maintaining and updating all the content and improving it. But if you get the big project out of the way, it’s such a great tool going forward. You’ll never finish all you have to do, but it gets a big chunk of work out of the way.”
