About Us

Prior to starting Concentrate in 2004, I gained extensive experience in the New Zealand technology industry, in senior technical, sales and marketing roles. My career has focused on helping businesses successfully develop, use or commercialise technology-based products and services. This includes periods working in the United Kingdom and the USA.

My governance experience in the tech industry includes the New Zealand Hi-Tech Trust (responsible for the NZ Hi-Tech Awards), the New Zealand Software Association, Canterbury Tech, and Enable Services, the company responsible for building an ultra-fast broadband (UFB) network for Christchurch. I am currently on the board of Sydenham Rugby.

I am a member of the New Zealand Institute of Management and a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

Spare time involves family, mountain biking (planning the next epic trip), boating, anything rugby, and completing endless DIY projects.

I am qualified to navigate the oceans via the sun and stars.

As a director of Concentrate, my focus is on growing the business and keeping the office fruit bowl well-stocked. 

Before I began with Concentrate in 2005, I was a senior manager in various sales and marketing roles at Jade Software Corporation. I have also worked as a consultant for government and corporate public relations firms. Although most of my career has been focused on helping tech companies market and sell their innovations, I’ve also had experience working on capital raising, lobbying and corporate sponsorship projects.

I am involved in sports governance (formerly with Basketball New Zealand, and now with FIBA), and not for profit governance with the Bros for Change Charitable Trust and the Living Springs Trust. A member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, I have completed the IOD’s Certificate in Company Direction.

Out of work I spend time with my wife and three children, involved in church activities, basketball, slow-motion triathlon and some very average surfing.

I am a former press officer for the Bougainville Revolutionary Army.

I am the HubSpot Practice Leader at Concentrate. I have extensive experience in a variety of senior sales and marketing roles and have led global marketing programs for large organisations such as IBM, as well as developed and executed business plans and marketing operations for small technology firms, including start-ups.

Apart from work, I also enjoy swimming, indoor cricket, tinkering in the garage and intrepid travel with my family.

SURPRISE FACT

I am a serial-music-instrument-dabbler, learning and playing a variety of string, wind and keyboard instruments, creating sounds that vaguely resemble music.

Kia ora! As a recent arrival to Canterbury, I’m stoked to have joined the Concentrate whānau as part of the HubSpot Success Services team. I’m passionate about marketing, CRM, automation, and all things techy – especially when HubSpot’s involved. I love solving problems and finding efficient (and ideally fun) ways to tackle challenges.

I’ve previously spent time working in education and the non-profit sector, including a six-year stint soaking up the sunshine in California. While I do miss the endless summer, nothing beats the beauty (and coffee) of Aotearoa.

When I’m not talking your ear off about how awesome HubSpot is, you’ll find me out exploring Canterbury with my husband and our two energetic young boys.

SURPRISE FACT

You may know me as Holly, but I was actually born Kaitlyn. When I started kindergarten and found there were three other Kaitlyn’s, my four-year-old self decided that wasn’t going to fly. So, I stubbornly switched to Holly and haven’t looked back since.

I bring extensive account management experience to complement Team Concentrate. The majority of my career has been spent in the UK as a business-to-business marketing consultant working within the financial sector, construction industry and utilities market. Moving to Christchurch has afforded me the opportunity to add earthquake repair management to my skillset, courtesy of my previous employment.

Being as I’m “not from around these parts”, I am still exploring this beautiful country and take as many opportunities as I can to travel with my family. I must admit, however, to still cheering on England at the rugby.

SURPRISE FACT

I travelled the length and breadth of New Zealand for 8 months in a campervan before choosing to settle in Christchurch.

I have worked with Concentrate as a client pretty much since the company began - including at least two full HubSpot installations. Over those years, I have built deep expertise in B2B and tech marketing - culminating in leading global programs as VP Marketing from New Zealand into the US, UK, Europe, and Asia. Since 2019, I have been working as a fractional CMO, stepping into over 30 client organisations, adopting their systems and tools, and earning a seat at the leadership table.

Having started out as a copywriter, content creation has always been a passion and provides the basis for building the wide understanding needed as a marketing generalist today.  Along the way, I have gained a reputation for turning strategy into action, building teams and delivering highly practical, yet effective, marketing transformations.

I am a long-term Pro Member of US-based Marketing Professionals and maintain a high level of continued learning to stay ahead of the curve - including Gen AI. In 2022, I became one of the first 600 certified Working Genius® facilitators globally, a credential I use to unlock productivity and collaboration within teams and across companies.  All of this comes together to make me a highly effective member of the Concentrate team as its Fractional Marketing Strategist.

SURPRISE FACT

I taught and played flute semi-professionally in my early twenties.

I joined Concentrate in 2019 and filled the first-ever sales role. That role includes chasing and identifying sales opportunities, and building new and long-lasting relationships with our prospective customers. Throughout my career, I've worked across sales and customer service roles, from painstaking door-to-door sales to direct inbound and outbound telemarketing. This has helped me in developing a wide range of sales skills and techniques, and resulted in a proven track record of success.

I've sold hundreds of subscriptions to some of New Zealand's most renowned newspapers and magazines, represented and garnered donations on behalf of the Red Cross, and worked directly with customers in the electricity industry. I enjoy all things sales-related, and as my grandmother would say, it's my bread and butter.

Outside of work, I'm an avid socialiser (as all salespeople tend to be), and I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. My interests include travelling, sports, politics, technology, and history.

I grew up as a keen footballer and at one point played consecutively for four different teams, both indoor and outdoor.

Joining as part of the Business Development team, focusing on net new opportunities. I started my HubSpot journey back in 2023 and was based in the Dublin office. I was part of a very successful BDR team based in the UK Corporate segment. This was my first step into the world of tech and CRM's. I'm from a small village in Westmeath, Ireland called Ballymore. My parents are based at home, and I've got two younger brothers living in Melbourne. Outside of work, I like to play Gaelic football, soccer, work out and snowboard. Also, more importantly, I'm a huge Liverpool FC fan.

I grew up milking cows. I was born on a dairy farm, so often times I was happy when Monday would roll around, and I could head to school rather than getting a list of jobs.

Joining Concentrate in 2024, filling the position of Customer Success Coordinator. My passion for the service industry was found throughout my years studying at the University of Otago, where I completed my Bachelor of Commerce. Before studying, I would be considered a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to my career. Working in a variety of positions, including packhouse work, fast-food, retail, customer service, and sales, I developed an early understanding of customer-facing processes. After studying, I thought I would give sales a go, starting with door-to-door charity sales and soon after moving to outbound telemarketing, where I discovered my passion for not being a salesman!

Outside of work, I enjoy playing video games, going out to cafes and restaurants, and hanging out with friends.

I love anything space-related, I often fill my time reading books or watching videos on outer space, with a special emphasis on Neil DeGrasse Tyson’s Podcast ‘The Star Club’.

I joined the team in 2012 as a Marketing Consultant. I assist in and manage the day-to-day strategic marketing activities and customer relationships for a number of our clients throughout the country.

I graduated from Victoria University of Wellington in 2007 with a BCA in marketing, and also received a CertDDM from the Institute of Direct Marketing UK the same year. I went on to take a marketing role at Barnardos New Zealand and then to Toshiba (Australia) Pty Ltd, where I was responsible for looking after the education sector in New Zealand. I am a member of the Canterbury Software Association and Business Mentors New Zealand.

Out of work, I enjoy a range of activities – from playing video games, travelling and cooking, to getting out and about, socialising, keeping active and spending time with my family.

SURPRISE FACT

My dad was a Member of Parliament in the National Assembly of Cambodia.

I moved to New Zealand from Sri Lanka, and this is my first time living abroad. My background is in Management and IT, and I graduated from a reputed state university in Sri Lanka in 2020, specialising in Business Systems Engineering.

My working experience expands across different industries-  Apparel, Academia, Logistics, and Property Management- and I was involved in the Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics functions in both SMEs and MNCs. Before joining Concentrate as a HubSpot Specialist, I was working as a Growth Business Analyst at a reputed Australian PropTech company.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, binge-watching TV shows, doodling, and catching up with my friends and family.

SURPRISE FACT

I am a reader. But when I say reading, it's only Fiction – mostly mystery thrillers and psychological thrillers!

I am excited to join Concentrate as the Senior Solution Architect. I have been in the CRM world for over 15 years, designing and implementing CRM solutions for a broad range of clients in multiple industries. Before this, I was a Financial Controller, involved in several successful ERP implementations. I have a strong bias towards process improvement, with the view to growing revenue and making workplaces a better place to be in. Bucking the trend, I have recently returned to my hometown of Christchurch after spending 22 years in Australia.

SURPRISE FACT

I love to go on tramping and am always looking for a challenge. So far, I have done the Milford and Routebourn Tracks, the OXFAM undulating 100km walk in 32 hours, walked across England in 17 days, and done Everest Base Camp.

I am from India, and I started at Concentrate in 2023 as a HubSpot Specialist.

My educational background includes a degree in Visual Communication, which I completed in 2015.

Prior to joining Concentrate, I worked at an advertising agency and later as a Managed Services Consultant at a company focused on developing SaaS solutions for customer experience management.

When I'm not at work, I'm always on the lookout for exciting activities in and around Christchurch and eagerly planning my next weekend hiking expedition.

SURPRISE FACT

I am a volunteer at Christchurch City Council as a tag spotter.

I am an omnichannel marketer and strategist who began my journey at Concentrate in 2024 as a Digital Marketing Intern and have since moved into a Digital Marketing Specialist role. I hold a Bachelor of Communication and a Master of Strategic Communication with Distinction from the University of Canterbury.

I combine creative strategy, content production, and data-driven CRM execution to reach the right audience at the right time across the right channels, driving measurable results. I enjoy producing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and email, and use tools such as GA4, SEMrush, and Meta to guide decisions and improve performance. My background also includes internships at a social media agency and a tech start-up, as well as retail experience at Foot Locker, which strengthened my understanding of customer experience and brand storytelling.

Born and raised in Aotearoa, I have lived all around the country and bring an adaptable, curious approach to my work. Outside of the office, you will usually find me at the gym or spending time with friends. My interests include music (R&B and hip hop), fashion, art, branding, and marketing.

I am a dedicated sneakerhead with a growing collection of more than 35 pairs.

I came to New Zealand for a short break after my bachelor’s degree, loved it so much that I stayed to complete my Master’s in IT (Data Science).

I’m a tech-driven problem solver with a background in IT Engineering. I started as a Front-End Developer and, during an internship in CRM, discovered how much I enjoy using technology to improve customer experiences and solve business challenges. Today, at Concentrate, I work as a Data and Integration Specialist, combining technical expertise and creativity to deliver data-driven solutions that help businesses get the most out of HubSpot.

Off the clock, you’ll usually find me smashing birdies on the badminton court, getting hands-on with arts and crafts projects, cheering for cricket, or getting lost in the magical world of Harry Potter.

SURPRISE FACT

I started kindergarten at 2.5 years old, so I’ve always been the youngest in the room, whether at school, university, work, or even among family! Basically, I’ve always been the “youngest everywhere.”

Colleagues know me for a collaborative, experiment-driven approach, shaped by experience across paid campaign management, CRM implementation, and continuous process improvement. My background is rooted in evidence: I‘ve managed paid media budgets, led multi-channel campaigns, and built conversion reporting that’s helped organisations make smarter decisions.

When the screens power down, you’ll probably find me cooking up meals that reflect my taste for creativity and adaptation, twisting ingredients into recipes borrowed from different cultures and tested in my own kitchen.

SURPRISE FACT

Before moving into RevOps, I spent five years earning a Bachelor of Aeronautical Sciences to become an aeroplane pilot. While commercial flights aren’t on my weekly schedule, I do know a thing or two about planes, and still marvel at the magic of flying.
