Every month HubSpot ships new features. Most are incremental. Some actually change how you work.
Here are the HubSpot July updates and releases we're genuinely excited about, picked by the Concentrate team.
Changes to HubSpot's look and feel
This month, HubSpot has also updated its UI with changes to the look and feel. These aren't changes for change sake, but part of a bigger shift in how the product works.
The question HubSpot is answering: how should AI fit into your workflow as something that already knows what you're looking at and what you probably need next?
The answer is happening in two stages. The first is a visual refresh, which you can switch to now. It's cleaner, more focused, less noise. The second is a deeper reimagining of how the product actually works, rolling out in stages over the next 6 months. Read more here.

I like the new UI. It's modern, clean and easy to use on mobile.

HubSpot Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot now available
Last month HubSpot launched a connector with Claude. This month, they've done the same with Microsoft Copilot.
The idea is simple: bring your HubSpot context into the AI tools you're already using. If you're using Copilot, this one's for you.

Custom Event Properties in Personalisation Tokens
Event data be it what product someone viewed, which video they watched, which form they submitted, can now be used directly in personalised emails. This means you can trigger specific content based on actual behaviour, not just demographics.
Available for Marketing Hub Professional+.
This is super cool for making workflows very personalised. You can now trigger specific content based on what the person actually did, not just who they are. That's a game-changer for relevance.

Discover AI Rules - Lead Scoring
HubSpot now suggests lead scoring rules based on your actual data. You browse the AI-recommended rules with confidence levels, then add them to your score in one click. It covers form submissions, page visits, email opens, workflow enrollments, CTA clicks, basically everything that signals buying intent.
You can also filter score history by time period and view rules as readable summaries instead of complex logic. Easier to build. Easier to understand.
Available for Marketing Hub Professional+, Sales Hub Professional+, Smart CRM Professional+.
Many of our clients lead score. This is a great way to speed up the build process and improve accuracy. Instead of guessing at what should score, you can see what your data actually suggests.

Customer Agent - Images Inline in Short Answers
Customer Agent can now include images from your knowledge sources directly in short answers. Images appear inline in live chat and email, and as separate bubbles in WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
Live for Service Hub Professional+ (and other Pro/Enterprise hubs where Customer Agent is available).
This is a great improvement. When you're trying to help a customer, sometimes an image explains it better than text.
