Every month, HubSpot releases dozens of new features. While not every update will change the way you work, there are always a handful that have the potential to make a real difference.
This month, our team has picked the June 2026 HubSpot releases we're most excited about and, more importantly, why they matter for our customers.
The HubSpot connector for Claude
HubSpot is now the first CRM with a Claude connector. What does that mean? You can ask Claude questions about your HubSpot data, and it understands your business context.
Instead of digging through reports or building queries, you can ask in plain language. Claude reasons through your data and gives you answers tailored to how you work.
Real examples:
-
Marketing teams: "Find contacts who opened my last campaign but didn't click." Claude finds them, generates a chart, and you segment from there.
-
Sales teams: "Show me my active deals sorted by closing date." You get a summary organised by name, amount, and stage so you can prioritize your week.
-
Support reps: "What tickets do I have open, sorted by priority?" Claude pulls them, organises them, you work through them.
-
Customer success teams: "Compare how we're resolving tickets across channels." Spot consistency gaps. Drive quality.
The key: you're not switching between systems or writing queries. You're talking to Claude like you'd talk to a colleague who knows your CRM.

Meetings can now trigger workflows
If your sales process starts with a booked meeting, this update is going to save you a lot of manual work.
Meetings are now available as workflow triggers, meaning you can automate actions as soon as someone books a meeting. Think automatically creating a deal after a demo is booked, assigning follow-up tasks, updating lifecycle stages or kicking off nurture sequences.
This fills a gap we've wanted to see addressed for a while. It creates much cleaner business processes and removes manual admin from your sales team, making it easier to keep every lead moving.
Available for: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Data Hub and Smart CRM Professional & Enterprise.
This is one of those features that sounds small but unlocks so many possibilities. We already build workflows around forms and lifecycle stages, so being able to trigger automation from a booked meeting makes customer journeys much smoother.

Brand fonts now work in marketing emails
A small update that will make life much easier for marketers. You can now use the fonts you've already defined in your Brand Kit directly within HubSpot's drag-and-drop email editor. No custom code required.
For organisations wanting consistent branding across every customer touchpoint, this removes another technical hurdle and makes it much easier for marketing teams to build professional emails without relying on developers.
Available for: All hubs and subscription tiers.
Predict email engagement before you hit send
When creating email segments, HubSpot now predicts how engaged each audience is likely to be based on historical behaviour, categorising them as High, Medium, Low or Unknown before your campaign goes out.
It's a simple addition that helps marketers make smarter decisions about who they send to, improving engagement while protecting sender reputation.
Available for: All hubs and subscription tiers.
AI meeting prep on mobile
For salespeople constantly travelling between customer meetings, this could become part of the daily routine.
Breeze can now generate meeting briefings directly inside the HubSpot mobile app, pulling together CRM activity, deal history and recent interactions into a concise summary before you walk into the meeting.
Instead of searching through notes in the carpark or trying to remember the last conversation, your CRM provides the context you need exactly when you need it.
Available for: All hubs and subscription tiers.
For sales reps on the road, every minute between meetings counts. Having a CRM-powered briefing ready before you walk through the door means less time searching for information and more time focusing on the customer.

Smarter duplicate detection for cleaner CRM data
The new custom duplicate detection rules give businesses much more control over how duplicate contacts and companies are identified. Rather than relying solely on standard matching, administrators can define the properties that matter most to their business before reviewing potential merges.
- Cleanup automation for orders, products, and custom objects — Automatically remove outdated records based on time criteria. Deleted records recoverable for 90 days.
Available: Enterprise across all hubs - Custom duplicate detection rules — Define your own matching criteria using up to nine properties. Up to two custom rules per object type.
Available: Data Hub Pro and Enterprise - Merge preview for duplicate records — Preview merges before executing. Review full duplicate group and test property overrides from full-screen view.
Available: Pro and Enterprise across all hubs
This update introduces custom duplicate matching rules and merge previews, giving administrators greater confidence before records are combined. It's another step towards helping businesses maintain a healthier CRM as their database grows.
It might not be the flashiest product release, but clean data underpins every report, workflow and AI tool inside HubSpot. Better duplicate management means more confidence in your CRM and less time spent fixing data issues later.
