HubSpot rolls out a lot of updates every month and if you’re busy running a business, it’s easy to miss the ones that actually matter.
That’s where we come in.
At Concentrate, our team is in HubSpot every day, building, optimising, integrating, and troubleshooting. Instead of overwhelming you with everything, we’ve handpicked the updates we think will genuinely make a difference for New Zealand businesses.
Here are our top picks from the March update.
Workflow change history + revert
*Availability: All products, Professional+
If you’ve ever made a change to a workflow and immediately regretted it, this one’s for you.
HubSpot now lets you view and revert workflow changes, making it much safer to optimise automation without the fear of breaking something important.
Workflows got three updates this month that cover maintenance, deal setup, and meeting automation.
- Revert to a prior revision
- Automatically add line items to deals
- Trigger workflows from meeting records (Public Beta)
This one matters because for busy marketing teams, it adds a safety net. You can test and refine nurture journeys more confidently without needing to rebuild from scratch if something goes wrong.

HubSpot and TikTok
HubSpot has continued investing in its TikTok integration, making it easier to manage ads, track performance, and connect campaign data directly into your CRM.
Why it matters:
TikTok is becoming increasingly relevant for NZ brands. Having this data flow directly into HubSpot means better attribution, smarter targeting, and more informed campaign decisions.
Canva embedded directly in HubSpot
You can now design assets inside HubSpot using Canva, then push them straight into emails, landing pages, or files.
Why it matters:
This removes friction between marketing and design. For smaller teams especially, it speeds up content production without needing multiple tools open

Enabling this feature means less flicking in and out of tabs, and a smoother workflow when creating socials or graphics for webpages. If you use Canva for your creative, it's pretty cool!

Breeze AI reporting gets an upgrade
Breeze is starting to change how reporting works in HubSpot, and this month’s updates are a big step in that direction.
Instead of building reports manually, you can start by simply asking a question. Breeze can now generate reports that span multiple objects in your CRM.
That’s a big deal because most real-world questions don’t sit neatly in one place. Think:
- Which contact sources lead to the most closed-lost deals?
- Which campaigns are actually driving meetings and opportunities?
Previously, answering this meant jumping into the custom report builder and stitching everything together yourself.
Now, you can ask Breeze in chat and it will:
- Connect the relevant objects
- Build the logic
- Return a structured answer in one go
Availability: All products, Professional+
For NZ teams, this removes a huge barrier to using data properly. You don’t need to be a reporting expert to get meaningful insights, which means faster decisions and less reliance on technical resources.

Finding the updates in your portal
Pro Tip: If you want to see exactly what’s live in your specific portal, just click your profile picture → Product Updates. It’s the easiest way to see what’s in Beta or coming down the pipeline for your specific tier. Just a heads-up: some of these features are in "Public Beta," so you’ll need to officially opt in from that screen to start using them. You can check out this Knowledge Base article if you need a walkthrough.
