Number one - they are output focussed

Each month they discuss what will be delivered, and they deliver it. To find out whether they do this, get in touch with some of their current clients. 

Number two - they understand your industry

If they've worked with similar companies to your own, and know your industry well, they are more likely to know how to achieve growth for you. 

Number three - they have a great team of experts

Marketing roles are incredibly diverse. Make sure your agency has the right roles to achieve excellent roles in various tasks. Decide what's important to you and check if they have an expert on:

  • Strategy
  • Research
  • Inbound marketing
  • Copywriting
  • Website strategy and SEO
  • Social media
  • Graphic design
  • Event management


So remember, when considering marketing agencies, make sure they're output focussed, they understand your industry, and they have a great talent pool to call on when you need it.
