AuCom marketing graduate, James, shares the two biggest advantages that his company has gained from using HubSpot.

With the wide variety of marketing software options available today, it becomes harder to keep track of all your different apps and to use them effectively.

HubSpot is an inbound marketing software platform, which takes all of the core marketing functions such as emails, social media and blogging, and integrates them into a centralised, easy-to-use system. This all-in-one marketing software eliminates the hassle of having multiple software packages, and helps companies to attract visitors, convert leads and close customers.

In this video, James talks about the ease of using HubSpot as a platform for communication to engage customers, as well as how HubSpot has helped his company to reach its potential when using social media.

"Firstly it's a great platform for us to share what we know. At AuCom we're really passionate about what we do and our staff have a huge amount of knowledge that we want to share with the world. In the past this has been a rather expensive task. Delivering seminars and attending conferences all around the world certainly isn't cheap, but now with HubSpot we have the key to share what we care about with the people we know from right here in New Zealand. Now we have a better understanding of social media and a new way to engage with our customers.

Social media is one of those things that a lot of people think they understand but they really aren't using effectively for their business. I think this is even more true in B2B situations. Now with HubSpot we've got the framework we need to use social media effectively. Now we're engaging with the end-users of our product all over the world on a regular basis. Something that we struggled to do from here in New Zealand in the past."
